Detailed Services and Pricing

Daily visits include gathering mail and packages, checking windows, doors, and gates, checking security system, watering plants, taking trash bins to the street and back, rotating lights or shades.

-------- $35 per visit --------

For extended trips or seasonal properties, we will make visits less frequently.  However, the visits will include all of the services listed for "daily maintenance visits" but will also include cycling water through sinks, baths, dishwasher, washing machine, walking perimeter of property, checking appliances, checking for pest infestation, check pool/hot tub, clean toilets to prevent staining.
